I have been coming here for years. Love the ladies here because they are so kind, welcoming, and wonderful every time without fail.

I couldn't imagine coming on here to complain about stylists doing their job while they were most likely setting up and getting ready to go as they opened the store. The entitlement is real sometimes and people need to understand how to give service workers grace.

Thanks Sport clips! I was able to teach my son's a few valuable lessons by 8 am today.
We discussed customer service, value of money and basic human decency. From the purposeful frown of discontent upon the woman who had to open the salon door at 8 am to the loud complaints about having to be at work this morning. We were the only ones there yet we weren't acknowledged. The glares were real. Without making eye contact the woman who murmured my son's name, back turned while walking away, leaving us confused as to what to do. It's as if we had done something wrong by being there. So we got up and left.
