I have never had a dental experience or stepped foot into an office, quite like this! The experience actually started with the phone call I made, to inquire about an appointment and explain my dental concerns! Alex spent nearly 30 mins just chatting with my boyfriend and myself about our dental needs. He took true time on the phone to explain things to us. I had my visit yesterday and was nearly in tears given my previous visit (to a local practice). The moment you step inside Smile Patient, it just feels different. Cozy atmosphere, ZERO waiting patients in the reception area, good uplifting musics playing and a smiling staff. I work in healthcare and truly believe you can’t fake the smiles or attitude this staff had.. unmatched! The dentist and her team were nonjudgmental about the conditions of my teeth. Zero shame, if you’ve been shamed by a medical professional then you know how awful it can turn the experience. I was explained several different options as far as handling my problematic tooth. I was not just told this is what you need, it’ll be this much, and there’s no other option!(which I had experienced a couple days prior). I could rave about so much more but in keeping it short, this office was professional, compassionate, straightforward and I left smiling. They booked me my second appointment way sooner than anticipated and made me feel top priority, as I am certain all their other patients are treated.
