I was very pleased with my “walk-in” this past Sunday evening. The registration process was quick and easy with my wait time being less than 30-minutes. All the staff members that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I also found the triage nurse and doctor to be easy to talk to and very thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.

Great urgent care! Was able to see both me and my 5 month old at the same time! A lot of places make it difficult and I appreciate the broad age range they allow. Highly reccomend! The nurse was also very pleasant and helped us greatly!

NP Ms. M. Simmons provided excellent service while I admitted to the Physicians care facility in Mt Prospect, IL last week. I appreciate her sincere and professional cares. She also provided different over the counter medical options and I was able to pick up meds at a local pharmacy. I would certainly come back for my future immediate cares. Thank you!
