The business is fully equipped for X-rays, lab tests, medical exams, and treatments for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. The waiting room and exam room are very clean. The staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful, working quickly yet efficiently. Maggie, NP was very kind and thorough, providing true compassionate care. The triage nurse and doctor are easy to talk to and very thorough. It is a great urgent care that sees a broad age range, from infants to adults. Patients appreciate the quick and easy registration process and short wait times. Many highly recommend it for urgent medical needs.

Everyone at physicians care was amazing from front desk to patient care. Margaret Simmons was awesome, very patient, explained procedures, lab results. I would see Margaret at every visit!
I recently had open heart surgery, started having congestion and was concerned that it may be pneumonia. After calling my surgical team at NW Medicine, I was told to see my PCP. That being impossible, I decided to visit Physicians Immediate Care and was glad I did! After taking my vitals and listing to what brought me there, they went to work checking for pneumonia by listening to my breathing and taking x-rays of my lungs. While major’s signs of pneumonia were not there, the PA heard something in my left lung and after reviewing the meds I was taking, prescribed an antibiotic that didn’t interfere with my meds and completely wiped out the congestion.
