We had a great experience with Midwest Comfort Heating & Cooling. Mark was excellent! Professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We truly appreciated his honesty and outstanding service. Highly recommend!
On a super hot day, Technician Leo arrived within an hour or so of my call that our AC had quit working. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the unit. He was great, and explained everything as he went along. Great experience!!
Midwest is now my HVAC company of choice. Leo has been here 3 times. Super friendly and explains things very well. I particularly like the fact that you're not one of those companies that are Jack of all trades, like HVAC, electric, plumbing, but masters of none. (Looking at you, 4 Seasons!) I had yearly maintenance. The price was competitive and fair. See you again in the spring for the a/c, Leo!
