Denice is my therapist at this location. She is very professional, sweet, kind and massages me exactly in the way I ask every time. I’m very pleased to come to this Mount Prospect Massage Envy. Lindsay is the manager who is very genuine, personable, and brings a calming energy every time I talk to her. She even resolved an issue I had very promptly! I’m very grateful to feel like a real customer who is valued here! Thank you for the wonderful gift of relaxation at this location!

Had a wonderful experience for my birthday at Massage Envy Mt. Prospect. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and focused on wellness. The staff was awesome, especially my massage therapist, Tom and my esthetician Jesse. Highly recommend this new location in Mt. Prospect. Treat yourself! You deserve it.

If you haven't had a massage with Iris, you are missing out! Iris was super friendly right off the bat, she asked what parts to focus on and she recommended the enhance muscle therapy. IT WAS AMAZING. My back and body felt good as new. She applied the perfect amount of pressure while incorporating techniques that were so relax and relieved a lot of the tension that my back had.
