I have used Intelligent Service for both plumbing/sewer work and HVAC. In all cases, I found the staff to be knowledgeable, efficient, empathetic (nobody needs an uncaring person around when they have a clog), and respectful of my home by being clean and tidy. They also stand behind their work. I will be relying on them in the future.
We started having problems with our furnace last winter, so when our AC started acting up, We knew it was time to replace them. We called Intelligent and had someone out the next day, Friday. By Wednesday, we were getting a whole new HVAC system installed. Trevor and Cameron were professional, respectful and very knowledgeable, answering any questions we had in detail. The whole process from the initial phone call to installation honestly could not have been easier. Great service and great products at a great price!
**Update, 8/1/25: This remains a five star company that has helped maintain or update our plumbing over the years. In an 85 year old house, they have replaced the original sewer line(s); this week they did a yearly maintenance of our boiler & water healer, and bleed/flushed out our radiators. No job is to small or big, no rip offs or hidden fees. Trevor was the best this week**
