Heavenly Massage & Spa offers a variety of services, including facials, manicures, pedicures, and massages. Customers have praised the friendly and polite staff, with some noting that the therapists are talented and provide excellent massages. The European face massage and body massage are highly recommended. Many reviews mention a pleasant experience, especially highlighting the pedicure massage and aromatherapy. However, some clients experienced issues such as poor communication between the front desk and staff, leading to missing aromatherapy treatments or misunderstandings about services. Walls are thin, so conversations from other rooms can be heard when loud, but most times it remains quiet. A few customers pointed out that the quality of manicures and no-chip polish application could be better, noting crooked nails and polish spilling over the sides. Additionally, cleanliness could improve, as nail clippings sometimes stayed under the desk. Despite these minor issues, the spa is a good option for those seeking relaxation, especially since they offer regular coupons on their website. For best results, clients are advised to specify their preferences for light relaxing or deep tissue massages in advance.
Called for a Walk-in appointment 60 min massage! They were able to take me. I had Tanya! She was the best massage I have ever had! She was so sweet! Avoided one area on my back that is in pain during massages. Brought me a robe that covered my entire plus size body (3x-4x) I was able to take a shower after! Price was lower than Massage Envy and they weren’t trying to sell me anything! This was amazing and exactly what I needed!
I was treated to a spa package here as a birthday gift and will definitely be back. Barbara, Ellie, Heather and Margaret were friendly and professional - I never felt rushed through any part of the process. Their prices are so reasonable and their work is top-notch. Thanks again for a relaxing, rejuvenating day!
My partner and I came in for a couples massage, and Tanya and Monica were absolutely fantastic. They used great technique, made the whole experience relaxing, and were very attentive throughout the session. We both left feeling refreshed. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a great couples massage!
