Started coming here 2 years ago when a friend gave me a gift certificate for my birthday. Since then I have this place as part of my self care. When it comes to massages I love doing a 90 min massage with Katrina. She gives a very therapeutic massage. I like to feel relaxed during my massage while relieving tension and not be in pain. Kathy does excellent facials and is highly knowledgeable. Anastasia keeps my brows looking good and I am very picky about my eyebrows because I do not want them to be too thin. I go to Agnes for my pedicures. These are my go to ladies, however all the staff is really nice :) I love that I can do multiple services in one place!
Took me on time. Massage was good. Walls are thin so you can hear talking from other rooms when they are speaking loudly, just an FYI on that. However, most of the time, it was quiet.
I took off a star because I was supposed to get a massage with aromatherapy, but I did not receive the aromatherapy. They did give me a card so I can use it next time when I get a massage to add to it.
I don’t blame this on the masseuse, I think there’s poor communication between the front desk and the person taking you to your treatment.
The first time when I came to Kathy, I was pleasantly surprised how good she was. She did very great facial for me and since this time I started to follow her. Kathy is very professional and I always happy with the result! I would recommend her.
