I've had two massages with Erin, and both were absolutely excellent! She’s professional, attentive, and really knows how to work out all the tension. I was so impressed that I decided to join the monthly subscription because of her. Highly recommend Erin if you’re looking for a relaxing and effective massage!
I moved after using them for years. They will not stop my membership after multiple calls. They keep charging my card. Update: They fixed my issue after talking to the manager and refunded my card
I have never had a massage from a massage facility. I shopped around and spoke with a few people over the phone today to see customer service. If they made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated, then that is the spot for me to go. I called Hand & Stone in Rolling Meadows and spoke with someone named Shawn was so polite, and you can hear the friendly voice. Shawn answered my questions. Shawn said, let's transfer you to the front desk where they can help you set up an appointment. Lucy answered with a professional voice and mentioned Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa how can I help you? Impressive, it was not just a "Hello". I asked, about the base price, and add-ons. I mentioned I could not see much on the website. Can I make an appointment with you or it has be to with the website? Lucy said I can make an appointment over the phone. Lucy was quick, friendly, patient with me, and polite. Gave me instructions on what to bring and to wear comfortable clothes. They answered all of my questions and even provided some additional information that I wasn't aware of. I'm very grateful for their help." I felt comfortable going to this location.
