I purchased a pair of Fromm Flex 3000 Shears over 15 years ago, best shears of my life. Thumb moves to prevent carpel tunnel and they have kept their edge and are still razor sharp today.After all this time, why am I leaving a review now? Their customer service. Is. Outstanding.After 15 years my bolt was stripped and I couldn’t find the bolt set to replace it, so I emailed them hoping they could send me a link to order one. In a matter of hours I had an email back saying they would send it at no cost. Three days later, it’s in my hand. Fantastic products and service- highly recommend them for every hairdresser.
