Nice spa - clean and well kept. They have a sauna that I spent too much time in. The masseuse was quite nice and really worked on my tight hip flexors. I was walking better due to less back pain after I left. I will return here in the future when I am in the area.
This is the best asian spa that I know of in the suburbs. Only problem with these places are the constant rotation of women, it's always hit or miss. You can request a certain woman if you know her, but can't meet or see a new woman before a session. I suppose it's only fair to the women but spending money on a subpar session is frustrating. Candy upsold me on a regular session; I won't be requesting her in the future.
Who needs to go to the gym when you can go to Exercise Spa, am I right? Mimi worked my body over exactly how I wanted and at the end I felt competely at ease. What a great way to release all the pent up stress from the work week!
