Affinity Restoration

My roof needed urgent replacement. it was over 20 years old and had suffered much wear and degradation. With the recent storms and high winds, things just got worse.

In April 2026, I received three mailers from companies including Affinity Restoration saying that they help homeowners by representing them with the homeowner's insurance company to get approved for roof replacement claims. The timing that I received the mailers could not have been better (with all of the rain, and high winds my area had been receiving), but I'll admit I was also a little skeptical about these companies. I was very impressed punctual and professional all the work was done on time!
And when the work was done and finished, they cleaned up after themselves .
Definitely, they got my vote to be recommended.

Customer service has been excellent from being to end. Affinity kept me informed of every step being made. They handled all the insurance matters. Very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job putting the roof on and cleaning up afterwards.
