had a great experience with this dental location . They were professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly, and the office was clean and comfortable. The treatment was gentle and efficient, and I felt well cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend this place.
4 stars for the dental care. -1 star for the front desk. My partner is a native Spanish speaker and overheard at least one front desk employee speaking negatively about patients (children) in Spanish while the families were nearby. If you’re going to bad-mouth patients, you’ll need a more obscure language. Jokes aside, it came across as unprofessional and left an otherwise positive visit with a sour ending.
