Mt Carroll Veterinary Clinic is a well-established and caring vet clinic with reasonable prices. The veterinarians and staff show utmost kindness, care, and compassion towards pets, handling them gently and with concern. They take the time to explain everything and provide easy-to-administer treatments. The clinic creates a welcoming atmosphere, making pets feel comfortable and even pampered, with treats and playtime on the floor. Pet owners are grateful for the clinic's exceptional service and care.
Some of the best customer service you will find in the area. Dr. Knutti and Jess were fantastic! Taking time to price compare flea and tick as well as “dumb down” the technical stuff so it made sense. If you aren’t taking your pet here, you should be!
I absolutely love this clinic. The whole staff is always so kind and caring about all concerns big or small. Dr. Knutti and Tessa, especially always bring such a positive attitude to every interaction.
We visited this clinic for the first time last week. Two of our beloved cats needed updated vaccinations and nails clipped.
The staff is efficient and welcoming; The place is charmingly unpretentious. Our attending vet was Dr. Knutti - a top notch, friendly professional. We will definitely go back as needed!
