Gwen designed a silk replica of a spectacular fresh arrangement she had created for our Mother's graveside service. Incredible work. She listens extremely well designing the original a few weeks ago to specific requests. Highly recommend. Highly.
I never know what exactly I want when I walk in the door, which may be frustrating to some lol, but Gwen always gives me a big smile and helps me put together something beautiful and appropriate for the occasion. Always great assistance and customer service! I always appreciate that!!
What a great experience! I ordered bereavement flowers, and wrote in my message that I hopped they could be planted. The store called me to say the flowers in the basket weren't perennials, but they would gladly exchange some of the plants so they would come back year after year. Such great customer service, and a wonderful eye for knowing what the customer wants.
