“Great service at this location East Peoria staff is awesome.......Today 4/13/20 My backpack sprayer broke .The East Peoria location had a few ideas : how they could help me get back to it....Great service . I was so happy ,I purchased another one ,for my tech....... Again great service , I called in a few minutes later, my order was ready…… OK today is August 17 I am in here regularly. I generally deal with Matt and Billy. As Dwayne expertise is irrigation but he’s always willing to help me. Other staff members were helping other customers are on conference calls. Duwayne was amazing I bought $1000 worth of products I think it took him all of a minute and a half to ring me up and help me carry my products to the truck. Couldn’t ask for any better“

“I can't say enough good things about Dave and his team. We had a major failure of a very expensive industrial sized retaining wall. The whole thing was so stressful and destroyed newly completed hardscaping and a portion of our backyard. Dave was so responsive. He had a plan to prevent further damage to the yard and stage one was completed prior to more potential rain/erosion damage. His team started the second phase exactly when he told me they would. They have worked around rain delays and although the project is not quite done it is on target. We are so impressed with the responsiveness and follow-through. These qualities are very hard to find in most contractors. I'm so grateful that although our situation was scary, frustrating and expensive due to a previously poorly build wall, Krumholz Brothers did not add to our distress.
