We recently used Big Shoulders for our interstate move. It was a great experience to work with their crews and customer care service team. They really handled all the move with de-assemble and assembling back our stuff very well, also they are very honest in what they are saying. Personally we really like this company and we will use them in our future moves..
Big shoulder provides a very reliable packering and moving service. Great Communication and punctual staff. Kept be in loop with different stages of moving which increased my confidence and their reliability
The Juan and Andy were absolutely wonderful. They were very organized, professional, and careful with my items. They taped everything so that boxes would not come open during the move, they were very organized and numbered everything With different colors for the two drop offs. Best movers I have had. We have moved five times and the last few years.
