Came into the house to find the water heater had sprung a leak and soaked well over half the carpeting of the house. ServPro Morris was called and arrived within 30 minutes. Tech was extremely professional, used his instruments to determine if any moisture had entered the walls and told us his crew would arrive at 8am the next morning. True to his word, his crew arrived at 8am the next morning, moved all the furniture possible, removed four rooms of carpeting and took all debris. Heat fans were set up throughout the house and remained on for the week. We have nothing but praise for ServPro and highly recommend this firm.
