I normally don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so for Dr. James Dyers. I have quite a history with anxiety and have experienced much trauma in my lifetime. I've seen 3 other psychiatrists, over a decade ago, none of which were the slightest bit helpful with the exception of medication management. I was referred to Dr. Dyers in 2014. I look back at the last 9 years and am amazed at all that Dr. Dyers has helped me to achieve. He has a way of gently imparting such appropriate wisdom and accurately pinpointing the attitude and action that would be most helpful to me in my constant chaos. I have nothing but good things to say about Crossroads. I have always had positive interactions with the therapists and staff there.I also like that a psychiatrist is part of the practice. It just makes for better continuity of care.- RW
We have dealt wwith this counseling service off and on for a number of years. They have never been anything other than friendly, helpful, and professional. On the one or two occasions when there were questions on billing (which can happen anywhere), they were resolved quickly--and actually in our favor.
