You can actually talk to a real person if you have any questions. I ordered a concrete step form. It was reasonably priced and good quality. Delivery time was great. I would definitely recommend to buy from this company.

Make sure your drill/mixer is strong enough to mix the mortar and Tru Pac. First batch didn’t mix easy. Second batch I did half mix and my drill mixed it easier.
Really easy product to work with once it’s mixed. Easy to apply to surface and held in place and worked it in to voids. The mix stayed workable for a good amount of time. I accomplished what I needed from the product and am extremely happy with the results.
