So I’m editing my review?, The dealer had some things going on and couldn’t get back to me, he apologized, which really wasn’t a big deal. I just know you have time limits on how long till you can decide to guarantee the Price quoted. The guy was very nice. I had tons of questions, I am an Overthinker. He gave me quotes and three different brands of generators. And answered all my questions. Now I just need to make up my mind and thank you for getting back to me.
Tech was great, very knowledgeable. Office staff when I called was NOT as helpful. I had Generac generator serviced for annual checkup. Two months later, we were home when it tested. Two loud backfires and a gas smell on test startup. It took 3 phones calls to get a response back, then told if it wasn't their fault $175 charge for visit. All along they knew there was a problem with bad spark plugs being installed. Just be honest. I was to the point of switching companies......
Had my annual service done on my generator everything checked out OK. The technician was very thorough and courteous. I had my generator installed by Baker, which is now under the name Adams different name same great company no complaints whatsoever.
