I started going to KMC active in fall 2022. The other members have been fun, welcoming, and encouraging. The CrossFit coaches are enthusiastic and supportive of your individual fitness goals. I highly recommend attending the prep course to learn more about what physical (and mental) strength opportunities are available based on your goals.
I have attended KMC Active for 3 years now and I love the community. I love CrossFit because it is a different workout every day and I am pushed and supported in changing my health, wellness and habits by my peers and the coaches. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their health.
Best gym ever! The coaching staff cares about the members and are always willing to tailor any workout to achieve your goals. The members truly become another family and are always welcoming and encouraging!
