Best company around, use them for any of your Heating and Air-conditioning needs! They have saved us twice in the winter and once in the summer. The Operations Manager, Nick, is phenomenal and recently helped me through an issue with my furnace. Highly recommend them.
I was very pleased with our technician, Kevin. He arrived at the time promised, was very courteous and professional. I asked him to be very thorough as our warranty would be ending next year. He was, and found an issue with a part that was failing. I have used Brian and Sons since they installed our two furnaces and two air conditioners almost ten years. When people ask for a HVAC company I always recommend Brian and Sons.
We've been customers for at least 10 years. We appreciate the yearly Heating/A.C. service contract. It saves some money and there are other benefits.
What happened early this morning is a good example. The furnace wasn't working at all. The house temperature had dropped. We called Brian and Sons and a highly skilled technician arrived in no time. He assessed the problem and ordered a circuit board which was picked up and soon installed. The furnace was working perfectly again in a short time.
Because of our service contract and the part's warranty, we saved over $1,000.
