Have used Flatt's twice for repairing my well, both emergency situations and once needing service early on Sunday morning. The customer service is awesome, they are responsive and get the job done efficiently. I would highly recommend them.
Can’t say thank you enough to these guys! Have a 1 week old newborn and come to find out our pressure tank in crawl space broke. Water flooded 2-3” across the whole crawl space. Called one other company and was told it would be “2-3 days for emergency call”. Flats showed up at 6:30pm and he worked until it was repaired. Can not thank him enough!! It’s one thing for a company to be nice, but not skipping a beat to do an emergency repair in a mud pit at the end of the day shows how you all run a business. Made a forever customer last night. Thank you.
