Had a pressure tank break in crawl space, did not realize it until 2-3” of water had flooded the crawl space. Flatts not only were the only local company to answer there phone on the first call but they showed genuine concern about the issue. Technician showed up around 6:30pm and worked his a** off to get water running back to my house, as my wife and I just had a newborn this week. Nothing but amazing things to say with our experience, you guys made a life long customer after this. Thank you very much.

The pump went out in our well on a Sunday. Called Chase Flatt Monday morning to see if they could look at it. He was at our house and had it replaced before noon! Excellent service, very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them!!
