We just had the best service experience we've ever had with JTR in the decades they have serviced our home. Aziz not only took the time to investigate and properly diagnose the issue with our system, but he meticulously cleaned and restored our system, saving us thousands of dollars. He was also friendly, very good at explaining the issue and the solution, and took a lot pride in his work. I will be requesting him for all future maintenance and repairs!

JTR Heating & Air Conditioning will be our go-to HVAC servicer! Our air conditioning went out and Jesse from JTR came out in a timely manner and serviced our unit. Jesse was beyond professional and fully explained what the problem was and how, step by step, he was going to repair the system. He made sure all was back up and running before leaving my home! Our air conditioner was working in the morning and not when we came home in the afternoon. I called JTR and talked to a technician who tried to help us determine the issue. He promised us that he would call in the morning to let us know someone would come out. Everyone who came--troubleshooters, installers, manager-was wonderful. They were prompt, called and came when they promised, and did a great job of getting us up and running in advance of the heat forecasted for this weekend-June 22! We will definitely do business with JTR again.
