“I have now brought my girls to River Valley twice and both times, they have been 100% healthy and happy. The first time they were a little nervous going in as they have never been boarded before. I was also extremely nervous so their staff let me walk them back to their kennel and say goodbye. They then calmed me down because again, my girls have never been boarded before and I was a nervous wreck (probably why they were so nervous)! When my husband came to pick them up, they were playing and did not pay ANY attention to him!! The second time we boarded them, they practically dragged me into there with tails wagging ready to play. River Valley communicated well with me the whole time, especially through the extreme heat this past weekend. My dog's came home and slept all day but that is to be expected with such a different and playful weekend. There has been no health issues or concerns.“
