Very good customer service & turn around of product. I had my prescription from someplace else. Walked in, 2 hrs later new glasses & sunglasses. While waiting for the glasses my husband took me to lunch. Got a text when they were ready. VERY HAPPY & the price was fabulous!!

I went to a local eye glass company. I went to three of their stores to get my glasses right. They couldnt get my glasses right after me explaining to them, what I needed done. They tried four times to remake them to get it right. Needless to say I got my money back came back to Vision4less and they got it right with one try and within 33 minutes. Not like over a week to get a pair back. Not ever leaving again. And to top it off they were cheaper in cost for same eyewear. ???

The employees that work customer service are great. I do not like the way V4L makes them put you in line to wait to just pick up frames that are ready. I think pick ups should be handled better so we don't have to wait for people that need more or longer help.
