Wow, just wow is all I can say. Watch out for Caitlin, she will tell you lies, and then when you confront her, she states that she is not going to argue with you. Of course you won't argue, there is nothing to argue. They will just gas light you. They run their operation according to Medicare guidelines, regardless of what your insurance will allow. They flat out refused my husband equipment to help him after total knee replacement surgery, that our insurance company had already approved, because of their policy.
