It’s been so long since I’ve had massage work. Crystal was very kind and walked me through her procedure and put me very at ease. A year ago I was diagnosed with a form of arthritis in the lower discs of my spine, with doctor's recommendation to increase core training. My dr also recommended trying alternative therapy since I was hesitant to use prescription medication, and started with massage therapy.Crystal was warm and inviting, located in a quiet, clean, and welcoming environment. She worked with me to determine areas of focus that would help alleviate the worst areas of my back and shoulders with a soft touch but applying pressure in key areas with precision. I'm not a big talker, so I was happy she focused primarily on the work other than asking whether the pressure she applied was ok and telling me the different steps of the process.I walked out feeling refreshed and pain free, and a day later still feel the same. Very satisfied, and plan to schedule a future appointment.
Crystal is very thorough, professional, and offers a variety of services. She is proactive about COVID-19 safety precautions. She listens to your concerns and adequately loosens tension during massages.
