I must have come at the wrong part of the day... I sat down for an MVP cut which I infer is supposed to be a cut, wash, hot towel, and massage gun to the shoulders. I don't actually know, because it wasn't explained, I just had time on my hands and needed a cut, figured why not. My first clue should have been the empty parking lot. Second clue should have been the "no wait list" but apparently I was more optimistic and gullible than my usual cynical self.Now I know better.Towel was hot... but that was pretty much the only part that met expectations. Pretty sure the massage gun either gave up it's ghost a couple years ago and they haven't yet noticed or the woman who didn't...read full review

Took my son today and Cari did a great job! She looked at some of the pictures of what he wanted... even though some were unrealistic for his hair but she nailed it. I had a great experience and I will definitely go back and ask for her.
