We came home after being out of town to a cold house. 7 degrees outside. Called on a Sunday afternoon. William called back immediately. Came over promptly had us up and heating in no time.

Kale was very responsive. The technician, Greg, arrived very timely after my initial call for service. He was a very nice young man and kept us informed of what needed to be done. This was the second time we've used Kale for service. Customer service is exceptional. We are very happy with the service we have received from them and will continue to use them.
