I still have not found the building. No business sign anywhere in the Google maps location that is provided. Also, no one has answered three of their contact numbers that I have tried. I was going to stop in and speak with someone about changes to the current policy.Now I will be switching insurance companies.If I had an emergency and needed to file a claim. I can see that would not even be able to happen.I would not recommend this company for your insurance needs.

This place is absolutely horrible as a company and the employees at this location are an absolute joke. Dealt with a few other individuals from various locations closer to me in Bolingbrook and was shocked at how RUDE MARCEY SIEFKEN is! Learn how to take ownership for YOUR companies mistakes as well as handle your emotions! Marcey decided today it would be a wise decision to call me a dumb bitch as a customer and hang up the phone in my face and also not answer when I called back! She's a joke and I will be reaching out to whomever I need to to file a formal complaint! Learn something about professionalism and how to handle yourself properly in front of customers!
