Our family has been using Home Instead and their excellent caregivers since October 2024. Specifically the Client Care Coordinator, Jody, has been outstanding. Our aunt needed daily home visits to ensure she was eating and able to complete all her daily actions around her home. They were very attentive and helpful and in particular Shay and Lynn were outstanding. One of the initial care givers wasn't a fit, but Home Instead immediately reacted to our request to change to another care giver and everything worked out beautifully. I am a recent retiree of Home Instead. What a blessing this company was for me. Would I recommend this employer? You bet I would! Such loving, caring and kind people. I loved being a CareProfessional and meeting so many wonderful clients. My only regret is, I did not them sooner in life.
