The companies values and respect for it's employees are amazing. They try to give every person an adequate assignment for skill based personnel. They are fair and try to make everyday a great one. They are extremely understanding, and compassionate about the fields of job they are in. I worked with them when I first started Caregiving, and it kick-started a good start to a short but great career. Would go back if I thought about going back to caregiving work.
We contacted Home Instead in Bettendorf yesterday morning to see if they could help us support our family member with overnight shifts. By early afternoon, Julie came to meet with us, discussed our needs, and did all the necessary paperwork. At 8pm our first Care Provider had arrived and was ready to go. We are so grateful for their immediate responsiveness and support!!All communication was clear, friendly, and respectful, and even all the paperwork went smoothly and quickly. Thank You!!
Home Insted is a wonderful company that my wife works for. They are so friendly and helpful. The owners are really caring and so honest and really care about any situation that you have weather your a employee or need to use their service. I'm so blessed to know this company. I hope some day to work for this company when I choose to retire. If I need care for my parents I will call this company. Ada and staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you to everyone that works there and the ones like my wife that are caregivers.
