A follow up to my review on 11/24/2023. I got a text message the following Monday from someone named Ashley who wanted to "make sure your CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE was EXCEPTIONAL". She wrote "If it was anything other than that, or if you have any questions or concerns please give me a call and ask for Ashley and I will get you taken care of. I called her back in 9 minutes but, she was not available so I left a message. I told her it was anything but exceptional. It is now Thursday and I have heard nothing. So she is as lousy at taking care of things as their service department.

My car right now is being held hostage.I bought my car maybe 3 months ago its a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara Trail. And I didn't know the brake was burned up on it. The guy that came out to help me said I could drive it. My friends and I could have been killed because the caliber was ripping the rim apart as we were driving down the road. But now that it's back at the dealership I had but it from which is Key Buick GMC and Jeep. Everything is my fault and I have to pay for everything even though I through down $26000 check to buy it out right. Why are dealership so crooked anymore. I'm sure since I paid $26,000 for this vehicle out right. It wouldn't hurt them...read full review

Nice try key... You hung up on me... Ironic timing as it was right after you tried man's plaining how horrible my decision was. I've spoken to other wimmin who all said you are the worst! Should have asked them prior to going to your place in the first place. Start treating wimmin better and you won't have so many disliking the way you do business. Learn your lesson!
