I was in an emergency situation having lost my only pair of glasses over the weekend. I came here because I knew I could get a new pair in an hour. I found out that LensCrafters didn't accept my insurance and went forth with the examination anyway. Dr. New was a very friendly guy and took care of the exam quickly. He then told me that, because of my unique prescription, they wouldn't be able to make my glasses same-day. He gave me a pair of contacts with solution for no charge because he knew how dire of a situation I was in. The customer service at this place is incredible.

I was willing to sacrifice some quality in exchange for extended weekend hours and the ability to schedule online. When I received my confirmation it said my son would be seeing Dr. New. I guessed that was a generic term for a new pt but there is actually an Dr. New. We waited just 5 minutes and then my son received as thorough of an exam as any I have encountered in the 40 years that I've had vision exams. Dr. New was personable and the right amount of casual fun without trying too hard to be "cool". He presented his recommendations professionally. My 9 yr old found glasses that he like, was measured, the tech was able to do an online adjudication using my benefit plan so I knew exactly the amount that I owed. My son was crushed when learned that he would have to wait two weeks for his glasses. It turned out they arrived just three days later and we were able to pick them up at 8pm. Everyone was personable and efficient. In the end, I didn't sacrifice a thing and gained great convenience.
