I came here to treat myself to getting a cut and color and I left with a half inch of dye along my forehead. I tried again once more and they did it again. Also they pay cash under the table to employees and then scams them of money once questioned they fire you.. This place is garbage.

Used Salon Rhapsody for my wedding make up for myself and my girls. The make up artists were so nice and helpful. Kristen and Sara. They were prompt, came prepared and got 9 girls done in under 4 hours. Love the staff but not in love with the slight unprofessionalism of the business as a whole. Never received a contract or any info in writing. I called to get confirmation that the girls were coming the day of my wedding and I even stopped in the business and she didn’t have my wedding sheet I filled out. Thankfully it all worked out.

I went here for a hair cut with Linda. I have very thick, wavy shoulder length hair. Stylists have a tendency to over layer my hair. I specifically said I didn't want it too thin at the bottom of my hair, from layering. Linda said you need some layering so that it doesn't look boxy. Well now it's paper thin at the bottom on the left side. She said, your hair is thicker on this side and kept cutting. Now I have a huge area on my left side that has way more layers than my right side. It looks like a chunk of hair is missing. My husband even noticed and he doesn't notice anything.
