“I walked into this store with my sons guitar which needed a neck adjustment and was immediately greeted by the owner. He inspected the guitar, took it in back and five minutes later, it was ready to go! I had the guitar at another store called House Of Music in Orland Pk where they were unable to perform this service after holding onto the guitar for 5 days.
