Worst building experience! Mike Murphy flat-out LIES! He promised a delivery date and took 6 weeks longer than agreed! We have a punch list and he won’t even reply to us. BEWARE! Don’t bother getting anything in writing because it doesn’t matter to Mike - he doesn’t care!! We had to finish everything out of our pocket.

I bought a house built by Mallow construction Crystalbrook ​ Frankfort, it is not my first one, it's my worst experience they will give you everything unfinished and then they will promise to finish it it's been 6 months since we moved in and nothing has been done​ only fixed the stairs that was squeaking very bad beware in their contract some conditions make it hard to take them to the court, on the closing they will send their financial guy who will give promises for things won't be done moreover they let you pay for the mailbox which the post office will never deliver to it skip for a different builder.

I stopped in and visited their new Townhomes in New Lenox. The floor plans were great especially with the two Ranch models that had a loft. Also the construction look solid it's not built with trusses but instead it's stiff built and has 2 x 6 exterior walls vaulted ceilings and large bedrooms in family rooms.
