Coordinator Elisha was terrific: kept me informed of when technician would be here; Rich Lewis boiler tech was also tops: readjusted settings and cleaned burners - obviously knows his trade well. Reasonable charges. I can't say enough good. Definitely will call Maertin again - Love you guys

So my experience so far has been a pleasant one. Brett came out on 4th of July weekend. Most places wont answer their phone. The problem was kind of complexed but Brett stuck with it. Rich the foreman came out the next day to finish up with his diagnostics, Bad news was we needed a new compressor. The Unit was installed by another company about 2 yrs ago. Rich was able to get the compressor under warranty. Very professional company and staff,
