“Apex3 is wonderful! I've used them for my taxes for about four years now. I started using them because my previous accountant died unexpectedly in the middle of tax season ?and Apex3 took over all of his accounts. My parents ended up going to a different person, but I stuck with Apex3 and I'm very glad I did. My taxes the last few years have been a bit complex, because I've been in and out of grad school and various part-time and full-time jobs, and living and working in various states even though Illinois was still my "home base." Yet they never batted an eye and did their best to accommodate my crazy circumstances. Laura has always been willing to hop on a call with me when I had questions about something. She has also always respected me as a client and an adult. I was 22 or 23 when I started going to her, I probably looked even younger than that, and I was still living with my parents. Sometimes when I had appointments for various things (dentists, hair cuts, etc.) I would feel like the other person was being patronizing to me or still saw me as child. Laura has never made me feel that way, and I really appreciate that!“
