“We worked with Ethan who was recommended to us by someone trusted. He was great with timely communication and answered our questions through the process. After all is said and done, the roof appears to be done well, and the crew redid a few sections we could tell were not done right. Skylights also appear to have been installed well. Ethan noticed a gutter the crew damaged and replaced it at no additional cost to us. The crew, however, was not the most professional. We were told our landscaping would be protected via plywood on saw horses, windows would be covered to prevent damage, and the clean up process would make our yard look "like no one was ever there." This was NOT the case. We had some damaged plants, which Ethan offered to replace if they didn't bounce back, ripped screens, scraped window glass, and partially ripped off siding. Ethan is covering the siding repairs that another contractor will perform and covered the cost for Ace to fix the screens. Frustrating extra work for all and could have easily been prevented with a little preparation work. The crew also did not fully tarp the roof/seal skylights overnight for the 2 day job. Thank goodness it didn't rain or storm.. Lastly, we spent time picking up a small garbage bag full of nails, shingles, plastic, cigarette butts, and other debris from all around the house. This includes pulling nails out of our hosta leaves and the bottom of our shoes.. Definitely noticeable that work was done. It was clear to us that Ethan was willing to partner with us to resolve the issues we experienced. The process was less smooth than we would have hoped.Services: Roof installation“

“First off let me start out by saying the Savage roofing staff are the nicest and most easy to get along with. This is my third home and the biggest project I have ever done with any of my homes. I was very cautious and nervous about the project but Danny the owner worked with me every step of the way and made this project a breeze. Came out and looked at all my hail damage on the roof, siding and gutters. He stated that it would be a good idea to go with filing a claim with our insurance. I was very leery of this process but Danny put me at ease through the whole process. Then to top the phenomenal service that I already received with Danny the ladies in the office communicated every bit of information as it came along and updated the portal with everything. Vivi and Erika is who worked with the most. But shout out to Vivi for going the extra step everyday and communicating every piece of info needed along the timeline of this project. Vivi is top notch and is a great asset to the company. The crew for the onsite project was amazing. Very precise and perfection is definitely an understatement with Danny’s guys. They made sure everyday that they cleaned up and left our house the way they found it. I’m a very detailed person and walked the house everyday and his guys do amazing work. “As an employee for R.E. Duchene Construction, it is extremely concerning to read a review saying one of our employees stole from a customers home. I have been here for many years and I run the office, no such report was ever made by this person who wrote the review to myself or to the owners, nor law enforcement. We have never been notified of this alleged incident until accidently finding this review. This is a serious accusation and we do not take these matters lightly, we would never tolerate this behavior from an employee, and if this incident is unfounded we will look into handling this through proper channels and it be dealt with legally. I apologize for what happened to your family, that truly is terrible, but our company has never conducted themselves in such a way, nor would we allow it. This accusation is serious and could very much potentially tarnish our reputation with this slanderous accusation. We will be looking into this matter in depth, and we hope this has not affected our reputation in the community we work so hard to be close to and help out.
