Mutt-tropolis is a haven for dogs and provides excellent care. The property is very clean and uniquely quiet, with no dogs barking. The people are super nice, very friendly, and truly care about the animals. They take such good care of the dogs, offering peace of mind to owners. Daily photos are sent to show the pets are safe and happy. The service is efficient, with staff ready to help usher dogs inside and assist with their belongings. They offer great rates, especially for multiple pets that can stay together. This makes it a place where pets can have their own little vacation without costing more than the owner's trip. It is by far the best dog care many have found. They fill up fast for good reason, and customers consistently return, knowing their furry companions are in good hands.
We appreciate how well the staff takes care of our boy. They all genuinely care about the animals. He was groomed while he was there so he smells good and feels so soft. Love that they send pics of our baby.
What a haven for dogs! I live in Carbondale but work in Metropolis, so I take my dog here so she's not alone all day. They take such good care of her, and they send photos of her every day she's there. I LOVE that! The photos I included are a few from what they've sent me.
The property is very clean, and I appreciate that it's quiet inside- I never hear dogs barking. It's the only doggie daycare I've been to like that. Plus, as soon as I pull up, someone is usually waiting outside to usher Scarlet in. I also get help bringing in her toys and treats, etc.
