We got stranded after JUST entering illinois, we needed new ties but all the tire shops and walmart didnt have it. They had similar tires but they would not put em due to their policy. We called the c&w and they walked us through what we could do.

They had us buy the similar tires and towed us back to the shop to put it on themselves. Everyone was hella cool and super helpful.
Thanks to them we're finally able to get home and not be stranded

I broke down in Kentucky about 20 minutes from metropolis. My alternator quit working. I was unfamiliar with the area but C & W towed it to where I was going and had an automotive shop that had me back on the road at a great price! Ben with the towing was great and so was Michelle at the desk. Definitely recommend!
