I dropped off a cat for spay/neuter, turns out that he was already neutered. When I got home I noticed it's left ear was all red and scared, I called back to ask if he'd got into a fight. She told me that it's standard procedure to cut off half of the cat's left ear and didn't even offer to fix it.

I called to ask about availability and two different older women were talking to me and both cut me off, didn’t let me get a word in, and without asking any information about my dog said they have a 20 pound limit and when I said she’s going to be 10 pounds Dr. Jonas said “best to start somewhere else”
