Please make sure Carole in the emergency room department gets recognized for her work last night with me. She deserves every award that is available for nurses, she was so amazing and caring and kept me calm due to an accidental overdose. If it wasn't for her, I would have been so scared, but she talked to me and kept me calm and treated me like a human being. I have never felt so comfortable in such a scary situation

I had a phenomenal experience at OSF today. The staff at registration was extremely kind, patient, & helpful as we worked through insurance issues. Michelle Meyer was diligent, empathetic, & caring. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service at the start. Michelle Stone in MRI was also accommodating, proactive, and too offered excellent care. Amy, a new worker, also was there every step of the way, within the radiology department, assisting with medical services. I can not express how satisfied I am with today’s experience in Mendota. During a very difficult and stressful time, each staff member provided exceptional follow through. Thank you.

Came in to the emergency department for an injury, was handled quicklyand efficiently. All staff demonstrated medical knowledge and genuine compassion, and were in good spirits which enabled me to be in good spirits as well. Thanks to everyone there!
