Years ago I purchased Raynor garage doors because I felt they were the best. A few months ago I mentioned to Julie at Raynor Door Authority in Loves Park. That my garage doors had some rust on them. Caused by salt in the winter. Julie had Ryan come out and inspect them. He wrote up the order to replace them for free, under lifetime warranty. Tim and Kyle came to the house and installed them. They did an awesome job and I am very happy with the new doors. Again lifetime warranty. Tim and Kyle are some of the best Garage Door installers I have ever met. I give them the highest rating and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a spring break on my garage door a few weeks ago. They came out to look at it, but didn't have the part so I had to wait a week. I had them replace both springs and add a new strip to the bottom of the door. It's been a little over a week and the springs work well. No complaints on the repair itself. However at no point was cost ever communicated. The bill was more than anticipated and I know others who have had springs replaced for less. But what really struck me as odd was not only was I charged for parts and labor (which is expected) but also for mileage. I have never had a contractor charge me for their mileage before.
