I bought a business in Geneva 2 months ago. During the negotiations I found the front glass door was not properly aligned & the lock had to be giggled to engage well. After many appeals the previous owner or the landlord had got a "door repair" person to adjust the door prior to closing the deal. That didn't fix. I called Door & Dock in St.Charles. They spent a couple of hours, found a piece of metal stuck between the threshold & the door. The hinge was broken. They could not complete the task. They asked the help of FW Kline. They had the parts & the knowhow to replace the hinges & winterize the door. I had previously dealt with them for properties in Oak Park.I should have known better & initially called FW Kline and saved over half the expense. Eugene A.
